A two-day training cum awareness program by Pension & Public Grievances Department, Govt.of Assam on 'KRITAGYATA'- an online pension system, has been inaugurated in Bongaigaon District on 17th November 2020.
'KRITAGYATA'- an online pension system, has been inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister of FCS & CA and Pension & Public Grievances Phani Bhusan Choudhury, in the presence of Dr M S Lakshmi Priya, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Bongaigaon, Manabendra Goswami, Technical Director, NIC, Sri Prithwish Kumar Chaki, AFS, Director of Pension and all concerning officers and staff of NIC, Bongaigaon.
Presently, KRITAGYATA is aimed to create awareness on online pension system and other related issues and will be implemented for all the teachers of Education Department from Primary to Higher Secondary Level in its initial stage and gradually all other departments will be covered by the program.
In this pilot phase, Govt. of Assam has decided to implement KRITAGYATA in 7 no.s of districts out of which Bongaigaon is considered to be one of them.
Today on its very first day of the training cum awareness program, nearly about 60 no.s of officials and staff participated in the aforesaid program from Education Department of Bongaigaon and Barpeta district.
Further all the CRCCs of the district have also participated in the program.
