Chilarai Indoor Stadium, Bongaigaon will be upgraded, MoU signed between Bongaigaon Refinery and the District Administration

Bongaigaon Times: Bongaigaon : 1st September 2025 : A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Bongaigaon Refinery, IOCL, and the District Administration, Bongaigaon, for the Augmentation and Upgradation of Chilarai Indoor Stadium.

The signing ceremony was held in the Conference Hall of the Office of the District Commissioner, Bongaigaon. The MoU was signed by Shri Musukha Boro, General Manager (Employee Services), IOCL, on behalf of Bongaigaon Refinery, and by Shri Pradip Kr. Das, Senior Planning Officer, Transformation & Development Department, District Commissioner’s Office, Bongaigaon, and Shri Khanindra Mudoi, District Sports Officer.

The occasion was graced by Shri Phani Bhusan Choudhury, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Barpeta HPC, Shri Nabadeep Pathak, District Commissioner, Bongaigaon, and Shri Nayan Kr. Baruah, Executive Director, Bongaigaon Refinery, IOCL.
