Bongaigaon Health Department Conducts Audit of 108 Ambulance Services to Strengthen Emergency Response

Bongaigaon, September 14: Emphasising that every emergency call and every moment can be crucial in saving a life, the Bongaigaon Health Department has successfully completed an audit of the district’s 108 ambulance emergency services, aimed at ensuring faster, timely and effective medical assistance to people in need.

The 108 emergency ambulance service has been playing a vital role in providing round-the-clock emergency support at incident locations across the district. As part of the audit, teams from the DME and Instrumentation Engineering inspected the ambulances to assess their overall preparedness, equipment and service functionality.
