GUWAHATI : 28th November 2025 : Assam down town University (AdtU) is pleased to announce the launch of ECCLESIA 3.0, its annual Techno-Medico Concurrence, scheduled to take place on the 28th and 29th of November 2025 at the university campus.

Designed as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their technical abilities, creativity, and innovative spirit, ECCLESIA 3.0 aims to bring together bright young minds, creative thinkers, and technology enthusiasts from various institutions across the region.

The fest will feature an exciting lineup of events, including Robotics Competition, Hackathon, UI/UX Design Challenge, Debate Competition, Animation Video Competition, Popsicle Bridge Building, Mobile Gaming, Art Competition, Clay Modelling, Fashion Odessey, Eclectic Cookathon, Photography Competition, Tech Quiz, and Tech Treasure Hunt.

Additionally, the fest will highlight innovative products developed by students of AdtU, offering an opportunity for the public and industry visitors to engage with fresh ideas and emerging technologies. A total cash prize pool of ₹3,00,000 has been announced to encourage enthusiastic participation and motivate students to present their best work.

ECCLESIA 3.0 will commence on 28th November with an inauguration ceremony followed by multiple competitions running across different venues. Day one activities include Robotics, Hackathon, Popsicle Bridge Fabrication, Art and Debate competitions, Cookathon, Photography, Clay Modelling, and a Tech Treasure Hunt. Day two, scheduled for 29th November, will feature UI/UX competitions, Animation video contests, Fashion Odessey, Quiz Competition, and continuation rounds of the Hackathon and Robotics events, culminating in a grand closing ceremony. With its diverse set of events and hands-on opportunities, the fest promises to create an engaging atmosphere filled with learning, collaboration, and creative exploration.

Honoured Guests

Assam down town University is privileged to welcome distinguished guests for ECCLESIA 3.0:

Shri Subhash Chandra Das, IAS (Retd.), Vice Chancellor, Assam Skill University, who will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Shri Omkarnath Suprabhat Rath, COO – Assam Startup, Founding Member & Ex Program Director – MeitY Startup Hub, Government of India, who will join the ceremony as the Guest of Honour.

Their presence will inspire participants and elevate the significance of this flagship techno-medico convergence.
